• We send the driver 15-30 mins before to your pick up location so that there aren’t any delays in the pick up 

• We only hire those drivers with good track records ( polite, cooperative, flexible, experienced, understanding the guests needs, and helpful )

• Communication is extremely important throughout the trip, therefore a travel operator will always be just a call away in case any problem occurs

• We make sure the hotel receptionists does not misbehave with you and resolve when some issues arises
